Jamilla to Leaning lotus

Combination is from jamilla to leaning lotus then to leaning J and crush aka craddle.

Training steps

  1. stand next to the pole
  2. outside hand grab the pole in face level, inside hand grab the pole in full bracket grip
    ADVICE: slide with inside hand slightly down for beter leaning body in next step
  3. put the inside extended leg's tigh on the pole and push with it
    NOTE: you can start with bended knee and extend it afterwards
  4. push the thigh towards the pole and lean your body down in line with the floor or slightly below
    ADVICE: if the body is under the line it's easier for next step
  5. extend the outside leg towards the same shoulder -> trick JAMILLA
  6. release top hand from the pole
  7. hook the outside top leg on the pole
  8. hook elbow of the top arm on the pole under the top hooked leg
  9. make a circle around the pole with bottom leg and hook it on the bottom arm
  10. extend top leg -> trick LEANING LOTUS
  11. hook top leg back on the pole
  12. extend bottom leg and make a circle with it back but put it on the pole bended
    ADVICE: knee is towards the floor and point is towards the ceiling
  13. grab the ancle with top hand (arm is still hooked in elbow grip)
    ADVICE: grab the leg from the behind on Achilles tendon
  14. extend top leg -> LEANING J
  15. release bottom leg and grab the pole with hand in true grip
  16. put the top leg to the bottom one and bend it -> trick CRUSH /CRADDLE
