Pole dance - love at the first touch which began on 28. 7. 2011 and it was quite a coincidence. I attended summer flirt dance school in Centrum tance in Brno and I decided to try also different instructor of it. But lesson was cancelled and they offered me return of money or try pole dance lesson with the same instructor Denisa Kudláčková (now Ozdobinski). So I said to myself why not when I am already paid. And my second big love was born! Then I visited 25. 8. 2011 studio Dance institut Blanca in Brno and met Blanka Šťastníková (now Toboláková) and here my pole dance journey has begun.

In March 2014 I opened studio in Prague and started to teach pole dance regularly. From the middle of 2015 I stopped teaching group lessons but I moved my focus to private lessons (offline and also online) and teaching workshops. I started to write articles and record tutorials not only for Czech pole dance community.

From April 2018 I am certified pole dance instructor (my name before the marriage was Kochová) from European Pole Dance Federation which is approved by Czech Ministry of education, youth and sports. In cooperation with European Pole Dance Federation we come up with a project Pole Dance Encyclopedia, where we are creating short tuorials with interesting tricks for pole dancing.

What I love on pole dancing? You can start with it even when you have no sports background same as me. I love that pole dance is moving forward and new interesting tricks and combinations are still created so it is like neverending story and there is still something new what you can learn. And from this huge amount of tricks you can choose what you like and what is good for your own body movements. 

My signature tricks are flag with flag invert, polorama aka side superman and all different variations from claw grip. The best advice which was given to me was from Marion Crampe who told me "Train like instead of the mirror there is an audience". This moved me forward a lot.

I love teaching new tricks, transitions and combinations and I am looking for inspiration mainly on instagram.
