Lessons

I am currently offering mainly private / individual pole dance lessons in Prague, Czech Republic in English.
Can be taken in Prague 11 (Háje), in your home or in some pole dance studio in Prague.
It is suitable for all levels and beginners are also welcome.

Lesson can be on static or also spinning pole, with or without high heels. 
Or can be focussed on particular pole dance area as:

• new tricks and transitions
• particular trick - same as my offered workshop Focussed on polorama or claw grip or some other trick
• drops, flips and falls
• exotic pole dance choreography - in high heels
• exotic transitions - tricks and combinations in high heels
• low pole
• floorwork
• fitness
• flexi

I can also create totally different lesson according your wishes.

Do you have pole at home but you are not from Prague or you want to save time by travelling to the studio?

For you I have Online pole dance lessons in English (or it can be also done in French). I am using Skype or Google Meet but it can be done also by different streaming application.  All levels are welcome and can be done for more then one person f.e. if you want to take a lesson together with your friend(s).

I can also create totally different lesson according your wishes. Only things which I am not teaching via internet are somersaults, flips or dangerous transitions where spotting is needed.

These lessons can be scheduled for any time during the day or weekend.
