Training steps
- V-invert
- outside leg hang / gemini
- hook inside arm behind the pole into elbow grip
ADVICE: first pull the body up and then release inside hand - grab the outside arm's elbow with the inside hand -> DINO GRIP
- move inside leg back towards the body (or shoulder) and put the inside thigh on the pole
ADVICE: you can also push the thigh towards to stabilize better the body - extend and release outside leg from the pole and move it down into the straddle / pancake position -> DINO GRIP STRADDLE
