Workshops weekend in Ostrava

In October I taught the weekend full of my pole dance workshops in Ostrava!

POLEDANCE OSTRAVA!!! - Friday 21. 10. 

My two workshops took place on Friday 21.10. in studio POLEDANCE OSTRAVA!!! and we focussed on improving flexibility and try some easy drops.

14:30 - 16:00 Flexi

Let's try my stretching method which helped me finally achieve front split and improve my back bend. I will show you exercises which I am using during the training with my instructor and former gymnast. It will be gentle stretching with no pushing. We will focuse on static and dynamic stretching, PNF method and also I will show you new fascial stretching which has impact on fascia around the muscles and muscle's fibres.

Necessary equipment: towel or terraband, 2 yoga blocks

16:00 - 17:30 Easy drops

We will take a look on easy drops which we will train safety. 

Suitable for L3 - requirements are V-invert, inside and outside leg hang.

I taught workshops Paranormal pole activity and Devil wears Pleasers on Saturday 22. 10. during the event Halloween in studio Pole dance Motýlek in Ostrava.

Take your Halloween costume and come to my creepy and levitation tricks class.

All witches, devils and vampires are welcome to exotic choreo workshop hot as hell itself!
