Traning steps
- V-invert backwards on spinning pole
- outside leg hang (gemini)
- lotus / frog / genie
- turn your chest down
- grab upper foot with lower hand (opposite hand then leg) behind the back
- grab lower foot with upper hand in front of the body
- lift your chest up
- push your legs towards your arms -> SUPERSTAG / GARGOYLE

My own execution
This trick looks easy but it's quite challenging. Here is my video with the same training steps but I am adding these advices for you!
ADVICE 1: Put your knees closer in lotus / frog / genie to keep yout butt far from the pole so you can reach your upper leg with lower hand easier
ADVICE 2: Grab your feet on forefoot closer to the ankle which is safer and you avoid risk of loosing the grip
ADVICE 3: Don't move your ancles to the sides, your legs need to be strengthened otherwise it looks terrible
ADVICE 4: When you are lifting your chest up, push both your feet towards your hands. If you don't do it your upper knee pit starts to hurt.
ADVICE 5: This one I have from Tea Srsen. Push towards the pole with your lower leg when you are lifting your chest.
ADVICE 6: Try to move your lower foot's heel to the outside so your knee be more open.
