Training steps
- V-invert / chopper / straddle
- outside leg hang - Gemini
- regrip inside hand down to true grip
ADVICE: in this transition always grab the pole I to true grip to not overload ligaments in the wrist - actively push with lover hand
- hook the bottom / back / inside leg on the pole -> trick GENIE / LOTUS / FROG
- hook elbow of the top arm on the pole under the top hooked leg
- regrip the bottom hand into bracket grip but immediately extend bottom leg and slide with the hand down into extended wrist and elbow
ADVICE: the movement has to be quick to not stay in position of the bracket grip after regrip to long to not overload the wrist, it's necessary to immediately slide don't to extend the wrist - hook the bottom leg under knee pit on the bottom arm
- extend top knee -> trick LEANING LOTUS
- hook top leg back on the pole
- extend bottom leg and make a circle with it back but put it on the pole bended
ADVICE: knee is towards the floor and point is towards the ceiling - grab the ancle with top hand (arm is still hooked in elbow grip)
ADVICE: grab the leg from the behind on Achilles tendon - extend top leg -> LEANING J
