Training steps
- brass leg hang
NOTE: choose your favourite entrance into it (for the inspiration check the second video below) - put your extended outside leg to the knee of the inside hooked leg
- elbow grip of inside arm above hooked knee
- release outside arm from the pole
- grab extended outside arm with your inside hand above the elbow
- put extended outside arm on shin of the extended leg -> trick DINO GRIP BRASS SEAT
- grab the pole back with your outside and then inside hand
- pull extended outside leg towards the body
- release outside hand and regrip the pole under the extented leg
- hook the outside leg on the pole
- regrip inside hand above the outside arm
- do trick DINO GRIP MARTINI
