Part 7 of Simply Pole inspiration series and first time with transitions in high heels.

Three continuations from plié in front of the pole:

1. via chair position to stand up
2. to the floor to diamond / butterfly
3. via sunwheel spin to lunge

I created this jump into the polorama as result of inspiration from Alex Kalousová during the training jump into the superman.

Trick is created by Tito Jane. Tito twist is great for photoshooting on static pole but it's easier to perform it on spinning pole.

Vortex is a new trick for spinning pole from Kenneth Kao with Marlo Fisken. Also a few variations has been already created.
